 RTP Crystal

RTP (Rubidium Titanyl Phosphate) is a new nonlinear optical doubling crystal used primarily for OPO and electro-optic applications. When K atoms in KTP are all replaced by Rb atoms, they become RTP. RTP is an excellent electro-optic crystal, which is especially suitable for making Q-switches.

Applications and Advantages:
◇ High repetition rate for electro optical applications.
◇ High Damage Threshold, low Insertion Loss.
◇ No piezo-electric ring effect.
◇ Non-hygroscopic.
◇ High Extinction and Contrast Ratio.
